Returns & Refunds

Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size. Please check the size guidance on each product before ordering.

Defects, damage, or wrong items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Email support@omenwire.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking shows a package as lost in transit, contact us and we'll open an investigation and reship or refund once it's confirmed lost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
